• Alexander Goloub
  Jack of all trades

  Alex is the man who makes things work. However rocket-science a job may look like, Alex will stay laid-back and sort it out. Alex comes from a Russian family of mathematicians, engineers and scientists and his deep interest for theoretical problems of informatics and stochastics seem to be part of his genetic imprint. Alex studied Computer Sciences with a specialization in Embedded Systems at Dortmund University. Here at RudeCode he focusses on project management, software & data architecture, performance optimization and application development.

• Stefan Thor
  The übergeek

  His early interest for numbers, especially for zeros and ones, led Stefan to study Business Informatics. After his graduation at Ilmenau University of Technology he worked for several design and advertising agencies. As a consummate programmer Stefan brings a lot of far-ranging experience to the table. From data base engineering to game development he worked in nearly all areas of software engineering. Even if Stefan is not about to work on one of our projects he is still writing code for some freaky open source project.

• Thimo U. Seidel
  The entrepreneur

  Thimo has a long-standing career as an entrepreneur and has been launching new companies for over 16 years. In fact he also came up with the idea to form RudeCode as an agency. In 2004 Thimo moved into internet business by starting the DJTUNES.COM project. Over the years he gained a deep knowledge in project management, conceptual design, prototyping, LPO, SEO and SEA. At RudeCode Thimo initiates and supervises new in-house projects as well as he consults clients in project management and concerning SEO, LPO and usability issues.

• Lucas Lingens
  The marketer

  Lucas loves the Internet. This passionate affair arose 8 years ago when he started his first Web Business, an Online Clothing Store. Ever since he has retained his fascination for the vast possibilities in the Online Marketing space, especially in SEO, Affiliate Marketing and Social Media. His other big passion is entrepreneurship. With his latest venture GAMOBI he expands his marketing expertise into Mobile App Marketing, providing the various AppStores with Mobile Games. At RudeCode he is cooperating closely with Thimo on in-house projects and supports various clients with his knowledge on Online & Mobile Marketing.

• Torsten Meß
  The usanizer

  As an alumnus of Ilmenau University of Technology, Torsten has a deep knowledge of current web standards and a passion for state-of-the-art technology. He combines strong usability instincts, raw design talent and software engineering skills to create the best user experience possible. Apart from being an Apple addict he loves traveling and sports, especially snowboarding, surfing and beach volleyball.

• Serge Melnikov
  The generalist

  Serge’s expertise in software development stretches across multiple application areas, technologies and development stages, but he never stops learning. He is most successful in the development of enterprise applications with complex, yet intuitive user interfaces. Originally from Belarus, he studied Physics and worked as programmer there. Soon after his graduation he came to Germany to study Computer Science, but he managed to keep up close contacts to Belarusian software development scene. At RudeCode he supports efficient cooperation between Belarusian and German teams.
